English : Espagnol 10-17-04 Illegal fishing boats arrestedFor the third time the fishing boat “Don Antonio” has been caught within the 40 mile zone of the Galapagos Marine Reserve. The boat was detained by the Galapagos National Park patrol vessel “Guadalupe River”, at the north east of Roca Redonda, Isabela island. The boat “Don Antonio” is registered at the port of Manta. In the same way on another patrol the “Almar” boat was detained while it was navigating at the sector of Las Palmas with processed sea cucumbers and three fisherman on board. In both cases the arrests occurred on the 17th of October. |
