Galapagos Wildlife


The Galapagos Islands are home to numerous animals and plants, most of which are unafraid of humans. San Cristobal Island is no exception to the rule. Species most commonly seen in San Cristobal are sealions, pelicans, boobys, lizards, iguanas, tortoises, and turtles. Here is a small selection of some of the wildlife.
