Galapagos Wildlife The Galapagos Islands are home to numerous animals and plants, most of which are unafraid of humans. San Cristobal Island is no exception to the rule. Species most commonly seen in San Cristobal are sealions, pelicans, boobys, lizards, iguanas, tortoises, and turtles. Here is a small selection of some of the wildlife.
NEGF Procession In Febuary 2004 New Era Galapagos took 100 of the summer camp children on a procession through the town of Puerto Baquerizo Moreno, ending up in front of an assembled panel of dignitaries. The procession featured numerous community groups, from schools to teachers to taxi drivers.
